Fundamentals

Fundamentals are classes we run for all beginners as an introduction to CrossFit, foundational movements, and proper body mechanics for functional movements.  We introduce mobility, olympic lifting, power lifting, gymnastics/bodyweight movements and conditioning.  These fundamental classes are the groundwork for all that we do here at CrossFit Jane and allow our coaches the opportunity to assess your current fitness level and create a plan to help you begin building a better version of yourself.  These introductory classes are taught in groups, which will introduce you to the sense of community that makes CrossFit so successful.
